Receptionist

Aquamarine Spa is seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized **Receptionist** to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our guests and is essential in delivering the relaxing, luxurious experience we are known for. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable. * Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage booking requests. * Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring smooth coordination for staff and guests. * Process payments, gift cards, and memberships accurately. * Keep the reception area tidy and inviting. * Assist with retail product sales and maintain knowledge of spa services. * Support event coordination for private spa bookings. **Qualifications:** * Previous front desk, reception, or customer service experience (spa/salon/hospitality preferred). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * **Strong written communication skills and proper grammar** for responding to emails and texts. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Comfortable using booking and POS systems (training provided). * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Ability to multitask while remaining calm and courteous. **Schedule \& Compensation:** * Staring part\-time available. (must be able to work Friday \& Saturday) * Starting with hourly pay plus service discounts and spa perks. * Different compensation strategy will be discussed after 12 months employment * Health benefits available to full time employees only.
