Hotel Housekeeper

The Housekeeper plays a key role in maintaining the charm, cleanliness, and comfort of our boutique hotel. This position ensures that guest rooms, common areas, and back\-of\-house spaces are cleaned and presented to the highest standard, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. **Key Responsibilities:** * Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. * Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies according to hotel standards. * Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms. * Follow established safety and sanitation procedures. * Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to management. * Handle guest requests in a professional and courteous manner. * Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly. * Uphold confidentiality and respect guest property. * Assist with laundry operations as needed. * Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment. **Qualifications:** * Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required. * Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good time\-management skills and reliability. * Friendly, professional, and guest\-focused attitude. * Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
