Security Officer

**Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, preventing loss, and responding to emergencies while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. This is a mobile patrol Job Offering part\-time work 30hrs per week , 1st shifts and must be available Friday, Saturday \& Sunday !!! **Responsibilities** * Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. * Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and parking lots. * Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. * Implement loss prevention strategies to deter theft and vandalism. * Maintain surveillance using CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities. * Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations. * Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary. * Manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a calm demeanor. * Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. **Experience** * Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. * Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. * Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems is beneficial. * Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de\-escalate tense situations. * Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is an asset. * Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
