Compensation \& Benefits * Commission\-based pay * $60,000\+ earning potential with no income cap * Company vehicle * Fuel card * Uniforms provided * 40\+ hours per week * No on\-call rotation * Weekend work available if you want to earn more What You’ll Be Doing * Residential plumbing service and repair * Water heater repair and replacement * Faucet installation and repair * Toilet repairs and installations * Leak diagnosis and repair * Pressure regulator (PRV) replacement * Water line repairs * Plumbing diagnostics and troubleshooting Requirements * Minimum 5 years of residential service plumbing experience * Able to run service calls independently from start to finish * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Own basic hand tools * Professional appearance * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Ability to diagnose issues and present honest repair options Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a plumber who believes their reputation is everything.
