PM Line Cook

BARna Spanish Soccer Tavern is looking for a reliable and experienced PM Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Denver. Position Details * Full\-time position * Pay: $20 $23 per hour, based on experience * Weekday operating hours: 3:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m. * Weekend operating hours: 10:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m. * PM, weekend, and closing availability required Responsibilities * Set up and stock assigned stations before service * Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently * Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines * Maintain a clean, organized, and properly sanitized workstation * Label, date, rotate, and store food correctly * Communicate clearly with cooks, chefs, and front\-of\-house staff * Assist with closing duties, cleaning, and restocking * Follow all food\-safety and workplace\-safety procedures Qualifications * Previous professional kitchen or line\-cook experience preferred * Comfortable working in a busy, high\-volume environment * Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail * Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team * Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds * Reliable transportation and consistent PM availability * Weekend and holiday availability preferred What We re Looking For We want someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized under pressure, and contributes to a respectful, team\-focused kitchen.
