Cashier/Tea Maker

**Type**: Full\-Time positions only (30\-40hrs a week) **Location**: San Diego, CA 92117 **Position:** Tea Maker, Cashier **Overview:** Join our dynamic team at TP Tea where we craft authentic and delicious teas while providing exceptional customer service to every guest. As a team member, you will play a key role in delivering high\-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities for each role:** · **Tea Maker** o Prepare and brew tea, while ensuring consistent quality and flavor. o Make and prepare ingredients/toppings (i.e. boba, taro paste, jellies etc.) to ensure there is sufficient stock for drink orders. o Lift and carry supplies (up to 50lbs), including but not limited to tea leaves, tea ingredients, toppings, and other inventory items. · **Cashier** o Greet customers warmly, answer customer questions, and provide recommendations to create a positive experience. o Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. o Manage kiosk operations, process payments, and handle daily transactions. o Prepare toppings for drink orders **General Responsibilities for all team members:** · **Customer Service**: Greet and Welcome customers. · **Stock Management**: Refill ingredients and supplies as needed, ensuring the store is always ready for service. · **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keep the workspace clean and organized, including equipment, counters, and floors.
