Paper Plane Line Cook/Prep Cook

**Job Brief:** At Paper Plane, great food is at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for cooks who are passionate about delivering high\-quality dishes, working well with the team, and following our recipes and standards every day. **Key Responsibilities:** * Cook and prepare dishes according to Paper Plane’s recipes and quality standards. * Know how to prep ingredients, manage cook times, and store food safely. * Operate and clean all kitchen equipment, troubleshoot when needed. * At the end of the shift, check stock levels and create prep lists for the next day. * Communicate clearly with the team and Chef about any issues, such as missing ingredients or equipment problems. * Adapt dishes as needed based on customer requests (within guidelines). * Be knowledgeable about dietary restrictions for all dishes. * Cross\-train to work both the line and prep stations. * Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area in line with Food Handler guidelines. **Qualifications:** * Food Handler Certified (ServSafe, eFoodHandlers, or similar). * Spanish\-speaking skills are a plus.
