We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative atmosphere that encourages growth and excellence in every project. **Duties** * Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems according to schematics and design specifications * Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency * Troubleshoot electrical diagnostics, mechanical systems repair, refrigeration issues, and equipment malfunctions using specialized tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment * Conduct comprehensive system repairs including HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) components and plumbing connections * Interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals to accurately execute installations and repairs * Diagnose electrical system issues related to HVAC controls and building automation systems; perform electrical diagnostics as needed * Provide excellent customer service by explaining system operations, maintenance procedures, and addressing client concerns professionally * Maintain detailed service reports, logs of repairs performed, and inventory of tools and parts used during each job **Qualifications** * Proven construction experience with a strong mechanical aptitude; previous service technician experience is highly desirable * Knowledge of HVAC system installation, repair, ma
