About Eye Lounge Eye Lounge is a new boutique optometry and optical practice opening in Downtown Miami. Our mission is to combine exceptional eye care with a modern, luxury optical experience in a welcoming and personalized environment. We believe every patient interaction matters—from the moment someone walks through our doors to the moment they leave wearing their new eyewear. We're looking for someone who is excited to grow with a new independent practice and help create an exceptional experience for every patient. About You You genuinely enjoy working with people and making them feel welcome. You're friendly, organized, dependable, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service. Whether your background is in healthcare, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service, you enjoy creating positive experiences and are excited to learn new skills. Experience in eye care is a plus, but **not required**—we're happy to train the right person. Responsibilities * Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression * Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow * Verify insurance benefits * Assist with patient check\-in and check\-out * Support pretesting and clinical workflow (training provided) * Respond to patient communication using our modern communication platform * Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming office environment * Assist with inventory and general office operations * Work closely with the doctor and licensed optician to provide an exceptional patient experience Qualifications * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Friendly, professional, and dependable * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Comfortable using computers and learning new technology * Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment * Healthcare, hospitality, or retail experience preferred, but not required Compensation \& Benefits * **$15–20/hour**, based on experience * Paid training * Employee eyewear benefits * Opp
