Job description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Live\-In Caregive**r free boarding free food to provide compassionate, personalized care to individuals in a home setting. This vital role involves supporting clients with daily activities, health monitoring, and emotional well\-being, all while creating a safe, comfortable environment. **Responsibilities**
* Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using appropriate patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts or manual handling techniques.
* Monitor and record vital signs, observe patient conditions, and report any changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals.
* Administer medications accurately following care plans while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
* Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and preparation.
* Support clients with cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease through specialized memory care strategies and engagement activities.
* Maintain a clean, safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces.
* Provide transportation assistance for medical appointments or community outings and support social interaction to promote mental well\-being.
* Document patient progress, update care plans regularly, and coordinate with healthcare providers for comprehensive home health or hospice care services.
