Working with pets is not always easy, but we love what we do and care about giving our employees the tools to grow and succeed. **Shift Schedule: Flexible Scheduling** **Rate of Pay: 50% Commission on Grooms, 40% Commission on Baths, Sign On Bonus \+ additional bonuses available** **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF OUR PET STYLIST/GROOMER INCLUDE:*** Providing customer service in the form of consultations and explanation of services available/rendered with explanation of costs * Physical ability and stamina to cut several ‘guests’ per day in a safe, skillful, and professional manner * Checking for parasites, lumps, bumps, or cuts prior to bathing * Cleaning and plucking ears, trimming nails, expressing external anal glands * Bathing ‘guests’ in proper shampoo and conditioner; dematting, brushing, and fluff drying * Performing all general maintenance of grooming room; cleaning cages, tubs, tables; vacuuming floors and mopping; cleaning clipper blades, scissors, and brushes after use * Working inside in a heated with high humidity area, with loud background noise from the dryers * Growing customer base and volume by
