This role focuses on repairs, maintenance, and inspections while ensuring all systems remain safe, reliable, and compliant.</p> <p>You’ll work independently in the field while also supporting our internal maintenance team as the go-to plumbing expert.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Complete plumbing repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting</li> <li>Perform routine and preventive maintenance</li> <li>Inspect plumbing systems during move-outs, turnovers, and onboarding</li> <li>Support and guide in-house technicians on complex plumbing issues</li> <li>Ensure all work meets local codes and company standards</li> <li>Conduct quality checks on vendor work when needed</li> <li>Maintain clear communication and a professional, customer-first approach</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <h3><strong>Required: Master Plumbing License (in-state)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of plumbing experience</li> <li>Valid driver’s license</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently in the field</li> <li>Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and communication</li> <li>Own standard plumbing tools</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Work Environment</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Daily travel to local properties</li> <li>Mix of indoor and outdoor work</li> <li>Physical role (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing, etc.)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)</li> <li>Employment contingent on background check</li> <li>High school diploma or GED</li> </ul>
