On-Call 2nd Shift Janitor

Description: Bestway Services, Inc. is seeking dependable and motivated **On\-Call Janitor** to support our LA Courthouse location. This position is ideal for individuals with flexible availability who can work as needed to cover call\-offs, vacations, special projects, and increased staffing demands. **Schedule:** * On\-call, as needed * Must be available to work weekdays, including 2nd shift (approximately 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM) when scheduled * Hours are not guaranteed **Pay:** Starting at **$24\.02 per hour** * $18\.47/hour base wage * $5\.55/hour health and welfare benefit **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Provide excellent customer service to courthouse staff and visitors. * Clean assigned areas according to company standards. * Perform biohazard cleaning (training provided). * Clean entrances, hallways, elevators, and lobbies. * Clean and sanitize restrooms. * Window cleaning. * Empty trash and recycling containers. * Clean and sanitize waste receptacles. * Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot clean floors. * Remove cobwebs and clean signs. * Inspect work areas for cleanliness and report maintenance concerns. * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
