***School Age Teacher Assistant***
***Triskett Station Childcare Center***: ***3 needed after school only M\-F***
**Wage Information**: Full\-time hourly position commensurate with experience, training, and education. Pay Rate Range: $14\.00 to 15\.50 per hour.
CPL 1 $14\.00 per hour / CPL 2 and up $15\.50 per hour
**Reports to**: Center Director
**Job Description:**
* Works with the Lead Teacher to prepare and implement the daily lesson plans and ensures a high level of interaction with children
* Drive 14 passenger school minibus and/or 6 passenger minivans. (No CDL required)
* Bus inspections, maintaining of mileage log, and bus cleaning is required
* Assist in documentation for attendance and transportation services provided
* Responsible for the care and supervision of children and classroom management at all times in accordance with licensing standards and best practices
* Work independently with a small group of children and as part of a team with other teachers, leads, center staff and the director
* Build positive relationships with children, families and other staff members through prompt and accurate response and service, cheerful and professional attitude, and problem\-so
