Apartment Maintenace Painter

**Overview** We are looking for an Apartment Maintenance Painter. Yes everyone can paint, but we need someone that is an expert at painting. Someone who has the abilty to paint exterior staircases, oil and water based paint, interior painting, has knowledge of paint preperation, can use a sprayer, and someone who can complete work quickly but still maintain high quality standards and not get paint on other surfaces. This person will be our main painter, do all painting needed and then do other apartment maintenance work if can't paint due to rain. Must be able to work 8\-5 M\-F and consistantly work without missing days or being late. Opportunity for advancement, pay increase, beneifits, nights and weekends off.
