Customer Service & Warehouse Specialist

**About the role:** We’re looking for a hands\-on Customer Service \& Warehouse Specialist to join our growing European Distribution Center (EDC) in Breda. This is not your typical desk job — you’ll be right in the middle of operations. One moment you’re helping customers and arranging shipments, the next you’re in the warehouse picking orders or checking returned instrument sets. We’re a small, close\-knit team where everyone jumps in to help. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and getting things done, you’ll feel right at home here. **What you’ll be doing** * You’ll have a mix of responsibilities, including: * Supporting customers and distributors across EMEA * Processing orders and coordinating shipments * Managing returns and keeping customers updated * Picking, packing and shipping orders * Receiving and organizing incoming goods * Checking returned instruments and implant sets * Handling invoices and basic admin tasks **Who you are** * You like variety and are happy to switch between office and warehouse work * You’re hands\-on, proactive and take ownership * You have a strong eye for detail * You communicate clearly and enjoy helping customers * You’re a team player with a positive mindset * You’re comfortable working on\-site in Breda and already based in (or well\-established in) the Netherlands **What you bring** * Experience in customer service, logistics or warehouse operations * Strong organizational and communication skills * Good Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (like Business Central) is a plus * Fluent in English and German (Dutch is a bonus) **What we offer** * A chance to help build and shape a growing distribution center * A dynamic, international environment * A supportive, informal and team\-oriented culture * Competitive salary and benefits **Why join us?** Because what we do matters.
