The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing painting projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of <strong>$45 - $55 USD per hour</strong>.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br>* Plan, organise, and manage all phases of painting projects, from initial client consultation to final sign-off.<br>* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their requirements are met.<br>* Develop and manage project schedules, coordinate with painting crews, and ensure deadlines are achieved.<br>* Oversee project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial efficiency without compromising on quality.<br>* Lead, supervise, and motivate on-site teams, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.<br>* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work complies with our quality standards and safety regulations.<br>* Manage the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment required for each project.<br>* Proactively identify and resolve any on-site issues or challenges to keep projects on track.<br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br>* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the painting, decorating, or construction industry.<br>* Strong understanding of interior and exterior painting techniques, materials, and processes.<br>* Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively supervise on-site personnel.<br>* Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.<br>* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service.<br>* Proficiency in budget management and cost control.<br>* A thorough knowledge of health and safety standards in a construction environment.<br>* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.</p>
