The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for our clients and will provide vital support to our painting crews.<br><br>Murphy Painters, Inc. is a well-established, Florida-based painting company specialising in high-quality commercial and residential projects. We are fully licenced and insured, and our reputation is built on excellent service and superior craftsmanship. As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect.<br><br>The offered compensation for this role is between <strong>$45 - $55 USD per hour</strong>.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br>- Answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and managing client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.<br>- Scheduling client appointments, consultations, and job start dates for our painting teams.<br>- Preparing, sending, and tracking client quotes, invoices, and work orders.<br>- Maintaining organised and accurate digital and physical records for all projects and clients.<br>- Assisting with the ordering of office supplies and necessary project materials.<br>- Providing general administrative support to the management team and painting staff as required.<br>- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.<br>- Assisting with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks to support the accounts department.<br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br>- Proven experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role.<br>- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.<br>- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.<br>- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).<br>- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.<br>- The ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.<br>- A proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.<br>- Previous experience within the construction or trade services industry is desirable but not essential.</p>
