This is a <strong>Full-Time</strong> position based in <strong>Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA</strong>. We are a well-established company known for our expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions, from central air units to indoor air quality systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing our business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and support our continued growth. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of <strong>$28 - $42 USD per hour</strong>.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br>* Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.<br>* Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.<br>* Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor research to support strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities.<br>* Develop and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and financial models to track performance and communicate insights to the leadership team.<br>* Translate business needs into functional specifications for new systems or process enhancements.<br>* Support the planning and implementation of new projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time.<br>* Create comprehensive documentation, including process flow diagrams and user guides.<br>* Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and solutions.<br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br>* Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.<br>* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.<br>* Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.<br>* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.<br>* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).<br>* A solid understanding of business process modelling and requirements gathering techniques.<br>* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.<br>* Experience within the HVAC, construction, or a related service industry would be a significant advantage.</p>
