Construction Laborer

We are seeking hardworking, dependable **Dirt \& Pipe Crew Laborers** to join our growing underground utility and sitework team. Our current project is based out of **Orlando, FL**, but crews regularly travel to job sites throughout the **Tampa Bay and Central Florida region**. Candidates must be willing and able to travel to various job locations as needed. This is a hands\-on position working alongside experienced operators and foremen installing underground utilities, grading sites, and performing general labor duties. Experience in **either dirt work, pipe work, or both** is preferred. We're looking for team members who are eager to work, learn, and contribute to a safe and productive job site. Responsibilities * Assist with the installation of underground water, sewer, and storm drainage systems. * Perform trenching, backfilling, grading, and site preparation. * Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment. * Set pipe, install fittings, and assist with utility connections. * Grade and compact soil around installed utilities. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Follow directions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a crew. * Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Qualifications * Experience in dirt work, underground utility installation, pipe laying, or heavy civil construction preferred. * Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions. * Comfortable working around heavy equipment and active construction sites. * Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. * Willingness to travel to project sites throughout the Orlando and Tampa service area. * Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. * Ability to lift 50\+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods. * OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required.
