We serve more than 1,000 dealers across the Midwest and East Coast while continuing to expand our manufacturing capabilities and operational excellence. We are seeking an exceptional operations leader who wants to build something meaningful—not simply manage an existing operation. This is not just another Director of Operations position. This is an opportunity to become one of the future executive leaders of DSA. **Your Mission** As Director of Operations, you will lead all operational functions including: * Manufacturing * Production Planning * Quality * Supply Chain * Warehouse \& Logistics * Maintenance * Continuous Improvement * Safety Your objective is to build a high\-performing operations organization capable of supporting DSA's next stage of growth. **Executive Growth Opportunity** We believe in developing leaders from within. The successful candidate will participate in an 18\-month Executive Development Program with the opportunity to earn promotion to Vice President of Operations based on demonstrated performance, leadership, and strategic contribution.
