We are growing and looking for a skilled, motivated Landscape Construction Technician to join our crew and help us deliver exceptional results for our clients. **About the Role** As a Landscape Construction Technician at Greenwise, you will play a hands\-on role in the installation and construction of residential and commercial landscape projects throughout the Milwaukee area. This is a physically active, field\-based position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their craft, and is looking to build a long\-term career in the landscape industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Install hardscape features including paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, and steps * Perform landscape installation including planting, mulching, grading, and sodding * Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently * Read and interpret job site plans and follow project specifications * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout each project * Work collaboratively with crew members and crew leads to complete projects on time and to standard * Communicate professionally with clients and team members on\-site * Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment as needed **What We're Looking For** * Prior experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or a related field preferred — willing to train the right candidate * **Valid driver's license — required** * Ability to operate hand tools and small equipment safely * Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a team\-first mindset * Ability to follow direction and ta
