We're looking for a dependable and detail\-oriented **Housekeeping Supervisor** to help maintain our high cleanliness standards and lead the housekeeping team. Position Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the company's quality standards. This position is responsible for inspecting cleaned rooms, coaching room attendants, and assisting with the day\-to\-day operations of the housekeeping department. When the Housekeeping Manager is off duty, the Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the department, coordinate daily assignments, and ensure operations continue to run efficiently while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsibilities * Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet company cleanliness and presentation standards. * Supervise and support Room Attendants throughout each shift. * Assign daily work schedules and prioritize room assignments based on occupancy. * Ensure vacant rooms are cleaned and ready for arriving guests on time. * Train, coach, and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and company standards. * Perform room inspections and provide immediate feedback to employees. * Monitor housekeeping productivity and quality of work. * Assist with inventory control of linens, guest supplies, and cleaning products. * Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with the Engineering department. * Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve housekeeping\-related concerns. * Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines. * Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments. * Complete daily reports and communicate department updates to management. * Lead
