**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
* Diagnose and repair BMW vehicles across a full range of systems \- engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond \- using BMW diagnostic platforms and OEM procedures
* Perform multi\-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans \- communicating findings clearly to service advisors to support guest authorization
* Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
* Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently \- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision
* Stay current on BMW technical service bulletins, software updates, and evolving repair procedures
* Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation that reflects the standard of the BMW brand
* Contribute to a shop culture where quality, accountability, and craftsmanship are the baseline
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
* 2\+ years of dealership technician experience \- luxury brand experience welcome from any premium marque including BMW, Mercedes\-Benz, Audi, Lexus, Volv
