**Operations Manager – Client Experience** Role Overview You are the **on\-the\-ground operator responsible for execution, team performance, and client satisfaction**. This role owns the delivery of services across residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning accounts. You ensure every job meets company standards while maintaining efficiency, accountability, and professionalism across the team. You are not just managing cleaning. Client Experience \& Quality Control * Serve as the **lead point of accountability** for service quality * Ensure all jobs meet company standards before completion * Address client concerns in real\-time and resolve issues professionally * Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions 2\. Field Operations Execution * Oversee and participate in: * Residential house cleaning * Commercial office cleaning * Commercial kitchen deep cleaning * Window washing * Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to standard * Maintain daily job schedules and execution flow 3\. Team Leadership \& Training * Enforce SOPs, systems, and service standards * Hold team members accountable to performance expectation 4\. Equipment \& Facility Management * Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization * Ensure all equipment is cleaned, functional, and properly stored * Track supply levels and communicate restocking needs 5\.
