This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients and ensuring smooth administrative processes. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling client appointments, gathering client intake documentation, supporting office operations, and assisting leadership with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail\-oriented, and experienced in a healthcare or behavioral health setting, with a strong understanding of medical terminology, billing documentation, and customer service. **Responsibilities** * Schedule and coordinate client appointments and maintain calendars * Gather, review, and process client intake documentation * Provide administrative support to program leadership and office staff * Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for clients and visitors * Maintain accurate client records and documentation * Assist with office operations and administrative tasks to support program efficiency * Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence * Support billing\-related processes and documentation as needed * Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to maintain records and communications * Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned **Requirements** * High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) * Experience working in a medical office environment * Understanding of medical terminology and billing documentation * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel * CPR and First Aid certif
