Residential Interior Painter

**Overview** Looking for a ***Residential Interior Painter***, who is independently strong on their own and on occasion will work as part of a 2\-man painting crew. Understands the importance of time management, communication, and holds quality to the upmost standards. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming interior spaces by applying paint, coatings, and finishes with precision and care. Your skills will help create beautiful, inviting environments that reflect our clients’ visions while adhering to safety standards and industry best practices. **Duties** * Prepare interior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality. * Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and conventional spray equipment * Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling tools and disposing of waste materials according to safety standards * Follow safety regulations diligently by using respiratory protection and other personal protective equipment (PPE) during all phases of work**Experience** * Proven experience in residential painting with a strong understanding of construction site procedures and safety protocols * Skilled in surface preparation techniques including construction painting surface preparation and restoration processes * Familiarity with various painting tools such as hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless), brushes, rollers, and scaffolding systems * Knowledge of construction estimating principles for project planning and material usage efficiency * Prior work experience as a residential interior painter is a must!
