This role blends authentic Montessori leadership, strong operational management, and warm community engagement. The ideal candidate has experience directing a licensed childcare facility, excels at building strong teams and relationships, and understands how to uphold Montessori integrity while meeting Texas Child\-Care Licensing standards.
