Job Description:
As a Machine Builder Technician, you will play a key role in building, installing, and commissioning advanced automated equipment used in the production of life\-changing medical devices. Working as part of our Automation team, you will ensure equipment is assembled and set up to the highest quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Reporting to the Automation Manager, you will collaborate with colleagues locally and internationally to support the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our automated manufacturing systems.### **What You'll Do**
* Assemble, install, and upgrade automated production equipment in accordance with technical specifications.
* Support the commissioning, testing, and qualification of new automation systems.
* Troubleshoot equipment issues using a structured root\-cause analysis approach and implement effective solutions.
* Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are available to minimize downtime.
* Adhere to Applied Medical's Quality Systems, safety standards, and company procedures.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost\-effectiveness.
* Collaborate with teams in the United States and other international stakeholders; occasional travel may be required.

Requirements:
* MBO education level in Automation, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics
* Work experience as assembly/maintenance technician for specialty/single\-purpose equipment
* Possess a technical and hands\-on approach to problem solving
* Read and understand technical drawings and schematics
* Use measuring equipment like multimeters,
