Job description
**Position Summary**
The Senior Manager, Family Caregiver Services provides strategic leadership, program oversight, and direct support for caregiver services, with a focus on improving the well\-being of family caregivers. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating caregiver programs, building community partnerships, and ensuring high\-quality service delivery. The position supports organizational goals through outreach, program development, and leadership of staff and volunteers, while embodying AllThrive 365’s mission and values.
**Essential Functions**
* Develop, implement, and monitor strategic goals and program initiatives related to caregiver services.
* Provide guidance, support, and high\-quality information and referral services to caregivers.
* Lead training initiatives for caregiver program facilitators and support program growth and sustainability.
* Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations to expand caregiver services and outreach.
* Oversee and facilitate caregiver support groups, workshops, and educational programs (in\-person and virtual).
* Represent the organization through community presentations, outreach, and engagement efforts.
* Supervise Caregiver Services Coordinators and student interns.
* Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to assess effectiveness and guide continuous improvement.
* Manage program budgets and provide input for financial planning and resource allocation.
* Prepare and oversee service\-related communications, including newsletters, reports, and grant documentation.
* Support organizational events, including conferences, fundraisers, and service initiatives.
* Perform additional duties and strategic initiatives as assigned.
**Qualifications**
Education \& Experience
* Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
* Minimum of five (5\) years of experience in social services or caregiver support preferred.
