Job description
**Position Summary**
The Coordinator, Family Caregiver guides and supports family caregivers, primarily those caring for aging loved ones, through a broad range of caregiver support services. This position oversees and delivers programs, resources, support groups, outreach activities, and educational services that improve caregiver well\-being throughout Maricopa County. The role serves as a key resource for dementia family caregivers while promoting AllThrive 365 values and organizational goals.
**Essential Functions**
* Provide situational guidance, support, and resource referrals to family caregivers.
* Plan, coordinate, and report on outreach and community engagement activities.
* Manage, schedule, promote, and facilitate virtual and in\-person caregiver support groups, workshops, peer support activities, and educational programs.
* Conduct dementia caregiver support groups and provide individualized guidance and resources.
* Represent AllThrive 365 through presentations, networking events, and community outreach efforts.
* Create, analyze, and report outcome measurement activities and participant surveys.
* Manage grant deliverables, reporting requirements, follow\-up activities, and deadlines.
* Prepare and coordinate service\-related communications, newsletters, and email campaigns.
* Supervise student interns and volunteers.
* Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**
Education \& Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Engagement, Counseling, or related field required.
* Individual guidance and group facilitation experience preferred.
* Five years of social services experience preferred.
* Program and event planning experience preferred
Skills \& Abilities
* Strong knowledge of aging services, caregiver resources, and dementia support services.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organization, planning, problem\-solving, and relationship\-building skills.
