If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with a company that invests in your future, we’d love to have you on board. **Compensation:** $25 \- $29 hourly **Responsibilities:****What You’ll Do** * Welcome patients with genuine warmth and prepare them comfortably for their treatment * Assist the dentist and hygienists chairside, anticipating needs and keeping procedures smooth * Select, set up, and sterilize instruments and equipment according to protocol * Operate Cerec scanning and milling, iTero scanning, and assist with Invisalign and cosmetic cases * Provide clear, compassionate post\-op and oral hygiene instructions * Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms * Manage accurate patient records, scheduling, and payment procedures * Perform lab tasks and support the team wherever the day takes you **Qualifications:****Who You Are** * A warm, confident communicator who puts patients at ease from the moment they walk in * A self\-starter who investigates problems, finds answers, and follows through.
