Supervisor / Cleaner

**About DCS Facility Solutions** DCS Facility Solutions is a family\-owned commercial cleaning company. We're hiring a hands\-on Supervisor to help lead our janitorial team at a major downtown San Antonio property that operates year\-round, including holidays. This is a working supervisor role — you'll clean alongside the team, not just manage from the side. **Responsibilities** * Perform daily cleaning duties: restroom cleaning, trash removal, floor care, dusting, and general common\-area upkeep * Supervise and direct crew members during your shift while working alongside them * Perform quality inspections and hold the team to DCS standards * Assign daily tasks and confirm they're completed correctly and on time * Handle call\-outs and step in to cover gaps yourself when needed * Communicate with the Housekeeping Manager on staffing, issues, and priorities * Train new crew members on\-site * Enforce safety and cleaning procedures * Report any equipment, supply, or facility issues to management **Schedule** This site runs every day, including holidays, so the schedule requires flexibility. Includes evening/night hours with rotational weekends and holiday coverage. **Qualifications** * Prior supervisory experience preferred, but strong cleaning/janitorial experience with leadership potential will be considered * At least 1\-2 year in commercial cleaning or janitorial work * Available for a flexible schedule including evenings, rotational weekends, and holidays * Follows instructions and is eager to learn * Neat, professional appearance * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull, and lift heavy objects * Must be able to walk or stand for the duration of the shift * Must be able to pass a background check * Must be authorized to work in the United States * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Pay: $14\.00 \- $15\.00 per hour Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: In person
