You will work closely with Sales and Finance leadership to close deals efficiently and ethically. This is a floor\-focused role for professionals who know how to sell, follow up, and build long\-term customer relationships. ### **What You’ll Do** * Engage customers on the showroom floor and conduct needs\-based consultations * Present and demonstrate new Ford vehicles, including test drives * Maintain strong product and inventory knowledge through regular lot walks * Collaborate with Sales and Finance Managers on pricing, trade values, and financing * Manage the full sales process from initial contact through delivery * Complete all required documentation accurately and on time * Deliver vehicles and ensure customers fully understand features and technology * Participate in training, meetings, and manufacturer programs ### **Job Requirements:** ### **What We’re Looking For** * Minimum one year of automotive sales experience * Proven ability to build rapport and close deals * Strong communication, negotiation, and follow\-up skills * Organized and detail\-oriented approach to sales * Valid driver’s license * Ability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) ### **What We Offer** * Competitive pay plan with performance\-based incentives * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with employer mat
