This vital role involves supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities in their daily activities within our warm and welcoming community located in the US.' **'Responsibilities'** ' **Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.** * Monitor and record vital signs accurately. * Administer medications following established protocols. * Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. * Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. * Support residents with dementia or memory\-related conditions. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet individual care plans. * Maintain detailed documentation of resident care activities.' **'Qualifications'**' **Proven experience in assisted living or group home settings.** Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory care. * Ability to assist with ADLs and medication administration. * Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver’s license preferred but not required. * Experience with EMR systems is a plus.'
