Home Health Aide / Caregiver – MUST HAVE CAR (44106 Area)

**Job Summary** **Akron Home Care** is currently hiring **reliable Home Health Aides / Caregivers** to provide in\-home care to clients in the **\[44106/ Cleveland, OH]** and surrounding suburbs. **THIS POSITION REQUIRES DRIVING. Applicants MUST have a reliable vehicle.** **Duties** * Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. * Provide personal care services such as catheter care, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring. * Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team. * Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations. * Support clients with mobility assistance using equipment such as Hoyer lifts. * Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment. * Follow the care plan and maintain accurate visit records. **Requirements** * **MUST have a reliable car and be willing to drive between clients** * Home Health Aide, STNA, or 1\+ year caregiving experience * Must pass **background check** and **drug screening** * Reliable, professional, and compassionate * Prior **home care or facility experience** is preferred but not required **Schedule \& Pay** * **Competitive pay (based on experience)** * Flexible schedules (full\-time \& part\-time available) * Steady hours available * Supportive office staff * **Bi\-Weekly pay** and referral bonuses available Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: From $15\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
