Conducts inspections for cleanliness and uphold standards of daily staff of 16\-20 employees effectively. **HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY** ----------------------------------------- * Listen and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner; answer questions and offer assistance by providing accurate information on hotel, casino, and city services. * Supervise cross\-property housekeeping hourly staff, assist with interviews, and conduct evaluations and progressive discipline when required. * Implement and monitor departmental and hotel policies and procedures to ensure quality service and enforce all OSHA and safety standards. * Initiate positive or corrective action when standards are consistently met or not met. * Supervise and monitor daily work performance of housekeeping staff, ensuring completion of duties and proper handling and security of all keys. * Work closely with Status Board Operators communicating accurate
