Journeyman Electrician

**Job Overview** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, including residential electrical work, and will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems in various settings. This role requires adherence to safety standards and local electrical codes, with a focus on high\-voltage wiring, electrical diagnostics, and blueprint reading. The Journeyperson Electrician will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure across renovation projects and ongoing maintenance tasks. **Responsibilities** * Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and installation tasks. * Perform troubleshooting of electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other power tools to identify faults and implement effective solutions. * Handle high\-voltage electrical wiring safely during installation or repair projects while following all electrical safety procedures. * Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure operational integrity and safety standards are met or exceeded. * Install and connect low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other automation components as required. * Collaborate with construction teams during renovation or new build projects to ensure proper wiring layout according to blueprints and schematics. * Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations and promotes a safe working environment for all personnel. **Qualifications** * Valid Journeyperson Electrician certification/license with proven experience in residential and commercial electrical systems and code. * Extensive knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) compliance, local electrical codes, and safety procedures related to high\-voltage wiring. * Demonstrated ability in electrical diagn
