This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship while working in a fast\-paced, safety\-conscious environment that values precision and professionalism. **Responsibilities** * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality * Execute a variety of painting techniques including brushwork, roller application, conventional spray painting, and airless paint spraying to achieve desired textures and finishes * Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately determine project scope and specifications * Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for surface preparation, fixture installation, and minor carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry and framing * Apply specialty coatings for industrial or restoration projects while adhering strictly to safety regulations and environmental standards * Maintain a clean work environment by managing debris, properly storing materials, and ensuring compliance with respiratory protection protocols * Collaborate with team members on renovation projects, construction site tasks, or maintenance activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards **Experience** * Proven experience in painting with a strong understanding of surface preparation techniques for various substrates including stucco, masonry, concrete finishing, and plastering * Familiarity with residential and commercial painting projects along with industrial coating applications
