What You'll Do Ensuring an impeccable and personalized guest experience | Anticipating and proactively addressing guests' needs | Serve as the link between our guests and the myriad offerings at De L'Europe | Coordinating special requests and ensuring flawless execution | Collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience | Maintaining an accurate logbook of guest interactions and requests | Work together in a nice, small and professional Butler team | Lifestyle Liaison: Recommending and arranging exclusive experiences and services for guests. Who You Are An experienced professional in guest service, preferably in the hotel butler service (with equal candidates, the preference goes to a female candidate) | Excellent planning and communication skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude | Proficient in multitasking, even in busy situations | Knowledge of guest service systems and hotel software is a plus | Thrive in a dynamic environment and have an eye for detail | Immaculate grooming standards and very discreet and able to deal with highly confidential information | Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Nice to Have Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to creating unforgettable experiences | Familiarity with different cultures and languages.
