**Barista** **The Clubhouse at Sports Illustrated Resort Nashville** Start the day strong and help our guests get into the game. The Clubhouse at Sports Illustrated Resort Nashville is looking for an energetic, personable Barista to join our opening lineup. Our coffee shop opens at **6:30 a.m.**, serving freshly prepared coffee, espresso beverages and breakfast to hotel guests, visitors and sports fans. This role goes beyond working behind the coffee counter. Baristas may also provide service throughout the lounge and, when required, poolside—bringing great coffee, breakfast and championship\-level hospitality directly to our guests. Your Game Plan * Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas and other beverages * Serve breakfast items quickly, accurately and with strong presentation * Provide friendly counter, lounge and potential poolside service * Open and prepare the coffee shop for the **6:30 a.m.** start of service * Take guest orders and provide menu recommendations * Operate the point\-of\-sale system and process payments accurately * Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked coffee station * Keep lounge tables, service areas and guest spaces clean and game\-ready * Follow all food\-safety, sanitation and beverage\-preparation standards * Communicate with the kitchen and service teams to keep orders moving * Help transition the space from morning coffee shop into daytime lounge service * Deliver fast, welcoming service from the opening whistle onward What We’re Looking For * Previous barista, café, restaurant or hospitality experience preferred * Knowledge of espresso preparation and milk steaming is an asset * Friendly, outgoing and comfortable engaging with guests * Able to work efficiently during busy breakfast periods * Strong attention to detail and order accuracy * Comfortable carrying trays and providing lounge or poolside service * Able to stand and walk for extended periods * Available for early mornings, weekends and holidays * Rel
