Barista/Cashier

**Job Overview** **We are looking for WEEKEND AVAILABILITY :** We are seeking a passionate and customer\-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high\-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring that all food safety and handling standards are met. **Duties** * Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. * Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling practices. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the food preparation areas. * Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. * Clean and organize the work area regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and customers. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours. * Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. * Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is beneficial. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
