Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Child Care Center Administrator to lead and manage our early childhood education facility. Duties
* Develop and implement curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, ensuring alignment with state and local standards.
* Lead staff recruitment, supervision, and professional development initiatives to cultivate a motivated and skilled team.
* Oversee daily center operations, including enrollment management, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
* Manage budgets effectively by planning financial resources, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring fiscal responsibility in line with organizational goals.
* Facilitate strategic planning efforts to enhance program quality, expand community outreach, and increase fundraising opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to early childhood education, special education law, health regulations, and licensing standards.
* Conduct faculty evaluations and provide instructional leadership to support continuous improvement in teaching practices.
* Engage with families through regular communication, parent meetings, and community events to foster strong relationships.
* Lead fundraising campaigns and develop partnerships within the community to support program growth and sustainability.
