**Job Overview** We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team in downtown Pittsburgh at one of the only ROOFTOP bars in the city! In this role, you will be the face of our bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted beverages, and a lively atmosphere. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, has a flair for customer engagement, and possesses a strong foundation in beverage preparation and food service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment dedicated to hospitality excellence. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non\-alcoholic options while maintaining high quality standards. * Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales. * Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. * Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting. * Ensure compliance with food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. * Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts. * Assist with bar management tasks including inventory control, stock replenishment, and ordering supplies as needed. * Handle cash register operations with accuracy while processing payments and giving correct change using retail math principles. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions. **Qualifications** * Proven experience working as a bartender in upscale dining establishments or similar hospitality set
