Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Fresh Smile Seattle is a small, independent, fee\-for\-service dental practice on Capitol Hill. We focus on prevention\-driven, high\-quality care and building real relationships with our patients. We're looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who brings genuine warmth to patient interactions and helps our day run smoothly and efficiently.**Requirements:*** Active WA State RDA registration * Some dental assisting experience is desirable, though we're happy to train the right person * Excellent people skills **Primary Responsibilities:*** Chairside assisting * Room setup, breakdown, and sterilization * Coronal polishing, fluoride varnish, and patient education * Digital X\-rays and iTero scans * Some overlap with front office duties * Routine daily, weekly, and monthly equipment and operatory upkeep **Benefits:*** Health insurance (50% employer\-paid, 30\+ hours/week) * Paid time off * Free on\-site parking or ORCA pass * Dental benefits, provided in\-office
