You'll welcome customers into the booth, share the story behind our jewelry, answer questions, and help shoppers find pieces they'll love. Whether it's someone's first visit or they're returning for another pair, your goal is to create a warm, memorable shopping experience that keeps people coming back. You'll also help bring each market to life by setting up and breaking down the booth, keeping displays beautiful and well\-stocked throughout the day, processing customer purchases, and helping maintain a clean, organized space. You'll work closely with the founder and the rest of the team to ensure every market runs smoothly. **Schedule \& Location** This is primarily a weekend position based at our pop\-up markets in **Boston Seaport (85 Northern Avenue)** and **Boston SoWa (500 Harrison Avenue)**. Market setup begins at **9:00 AM**, the market runs from **11:00 AM to 6:00 PM**, and breakdown typically wraps up around **6:45 PM**.
