**Part\-Time Dental Practice Consultant (Remote \+ In\-Office Coaching)** Tanner Management \| SF Bay Area, CA \| Part\-time, Contract **About Us** Tanner Management is a dental practice growth and acquisition consulting firm working with dental practices across California and beyond. We support practice owners with acquisitions, due diligence, operational reporting, and growth strategy. We're looking for a **part\-time consultant** to join our team on a flexible, contract basis. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in\-person coaching visits to client dental practices in the SF Bay Area. You'll work closely with practice owners and their teams to support operational improvements, reporting, and growth initiatives. **What You'll Do** * Support dental practice clients with operational analysis and reporting * Provide in\-office coaching and guidance to practice teams as needed * Collaborate remotely with the Tanner Management team on client deliverables * Help identify opportunities for practice growth and efficiency **What We're Looking For** * Experience in dental practice management **is required.
