Have experience placing implants and performing surgeries? Not absolutely required but those skills would be a nice addition! **Job Description** * We are a group practice with locations in the heart of Richmond. * We are a group practice that focuses on our patient’s well\-being first and above all else, not what valuation we can get from a private equity firm. * We have established busy offices. Our dentists do not perform any prophys…instead they perform the restorative, endodontic, surgical, removable and clear aligner procedures they feel comfortable performing. * We are a group practice with an excellent team. Our dentists show up each day with confidence that they have the support staff they need to excel. * Our practices are fully digital including intraoral scanning. * We are not a long commute. You can live in Richmond, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Short Pump, etc and easily get to our locations. * We are not a rigid corporate group that offers their dentists no flexibility. Our dentists have autonomy over their scheduling. * We are not going to leave our dentists on an island by themselves. You can work as much or as little by yourself as you prefer. I personally will offer mentorship to any associate interested, and that’s not just only on the clinical aspects. I’ll mentor on the business aspects as well for those associates interested. **Lastly, what exactly are we offering?** * Guaranteed daily rate to start (amount based on experience) and then a switch to a percentage of production when you are ready.
