Now Hiring: Line Cook – Join Our Cafe \& Bistro Team in San Jose, California! We’re looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our team at our cafe and bistro in San Jose! Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of pastries, sandwiches, high tea selections, and bistro\-style dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. * Follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation. * Work multiple stations efficiently during busy service hours and during catering while ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. * Maintain proper food handling, storage, and safety standards. * Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed. * Support the head chef and team with various kitchen tasks. Qualifications: * Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar role in a cafe, bistro, or bakery setting. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * A passion for food, creativity, and learning new techniques. * Ability to follow instructions and execute dishes with precision.
