Front Desk Key Holder

**Job Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Front Desk Key Holder to serve as the welcoming face of Petbar Lakeline. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, be a leader of the store, ensurinmg smooth communication between clients and staff. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive environment while maintaining store operations and efficiency. This role requires dealing with Customer, Dogs, and helping with quality checks and membership sales. **Responsibilities** * Help supervise daily grooming salon operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of pet care and grooming quality, while running the front desk. * Deliver excellent customer service, and focus on Membership Sales. * Manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and service consultations to meet customer expectations. * Ensure proper animal handling, restraint, and safety protocols are followed at all times during grooming or bathing. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. **Experience** * Must have previous experience running the front desk in a fast paced work environment. We are dealing with both in person and over the phone clients all day. * Past experience being a key holder in Retail a major plus. * Ability to juggle clients, staff and ringing phones at once. * Experience selling memberships, similar to gym memberships. * Experience with Animals a plus. We are looking for a leader that can help run the store when the manager is not around. The front desk keeps the shop running, keeps the bathers and groomer on time, and helps deal with clients, appointments, membership sales and complaints.
